Dylan Sears
Multidisciplinary UX/UI & Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience translating organization goals and user insights into bold, memorable brand moments across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints. As a graphic designer at the University of Washington Alumni Association, I work with our marketing team and senior leaders to craft campaigns, event identities, data-driven digital marketing and branding visuals. A good example of this is our annual Cybersale campaign, where I designed unique pixel-art animation and graphics that helped boost click-through rates. I’ve also worked on our rebranding and website redesign projects. As a freelancer I’ve designed and launched responsive websites for small-to-mid-size businesses, taking projects from discovery and wireframes through high-fidelity UI in Figma and Webflow.
My strengths include user research, rapid prototyping, and end-to-end creative execution in Adobe CC. I recently acquired a Graduate Certificate in User-Centered Design from UW to expand my expertise in human centered design. I also believe communication is key in designing and have demonstrated that with vendor coordination and shepherding complex print and digital assets from conception to delivery—whether wrapping a our alumni van or orchestrating season-long football swag. I thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments where storytelling, accessibility, and measurable impact matter.
